We calculate your buildings’ annual cost for power (kwh), gas (therms), domestic water and wastewater. All calculations performed are based upon the local utility providers’ most current rates.
New and Existing Domestic Water & Fire Sprinkler Services, RPZ’s, DCV’s DCDA’s. Department of Environmental Protection compliant designs. Protect your incoming domestic water/fire sprinkler service by using a reduced pressure zone assembly, double check valve or a double check detector assembly.
New and Existing Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm system designs. All systems are designed in compliance with NFPA 13, NFPA 14, NFPA 72, the New York State Fire Code and local jurisdictions’ codes and regulations.
New and Existing Domestic water and sanitary waste system designs. All plumbing systems are designed in compliance with the New York State and local jurisdictions’ codes and regulations.
New and Existing Electrical Services, lighting, power and data designs. Our lighting control systems reduce energy use as well as add the ability to view and control different zones of lighting throughout the entire building. All electrical systems are designed in accordance with NFPA 70.
We perform heat gain & heat loss calculations to accurately select HVAC equipment based upon the building’s’ requirements. We specify a variety of system types: Packaged rooftop units, split-systems, hydronic boiler systems, heat pump split systems and more! All mechanical systems are designed in compliance with the New York State and local jurisdictions’ codes and regulations.
